After touring in some of the most important theatres in both Italy and the rest of Europe, Teatro Delle Ariette makes a comeback on the scenes of the VolterraTeatro Festival.
The acting company will be perfoming its latest highly applauded play: Everything I know about wheat.
The audience will be the destinatary of a long moving letter about acting, meeting people at a cerimony and the act of kneading the dough in order to bake something as essential as bread. it’s a tale about a lifetime of harvesting and acting, living together and sharing a passion for art.
Paola Berselli and Stefano Pasquini tell their story to the audience asking them to bring along either a focaccia, a pizza or a homemade cake.

Few, simple elements create TUTTO QUELLO CHE SO DEL GRANO.
A letter. A flat bread. One man and one woman. THe country and the theatre.
Everything I know may be nothing. And the wheat?
